What Does Being Forgive Help Us?

Affedici olmamanın bedenimiz üzerindeki etkileri şöyle gözlemlenmiştir;

  • Stomach pain, back pain, internal restlessness and insomnia
  • Increased cortisol hormone level and therefore weakened immune system, increased weight gain
  • Diabetes, high blood pressure disease
  • It has been scientifically proven that increased psychological pressure, increased heart pressure and associated risk of many diseases.

You’ve heard of it. Thinking negatively and reflecting these negative emotions on our body is the emergence of diseases. Why is it so hard for us to forgive, even though we know all this? Is it because we think that we forgive ourselves when we forgive and that we made gestures to the other side? Everything we say and think about the other side is held by our subconscious. Believe us, we do what we do. Actually, it’s kind of like inner suicide. There are some people. Even if the world reflects, they don’t care about anything, I’m not saying let’s be totally insensitive here. But we shouldn’t worry about problems that are not worth it for our health. If there are people around you who think that you are offended and offended, you think you cannot forgive. You will see that you will feel like you have lifted a huge load. You may not feel ready to forgive, or you may say I want to forgive, but I cannot do it. Nevertheless, at least it would be a relief to even try.
